Terms of Use

These terms cover the Juumy Potty Plan app, its add-ons and the optional Juumy Toddler Club (together, "Juumy"). Juumy is operated by [COMPANY LEGAL NAME] ("we", "us"). By buying or using Juumy you agree to these terms.

1. What you get

The Juumy Potty Plan is a digital app that runs in your phone's browser: a 30-day plan (one card per day), the Today's Problem library, the Say This, Not This scripts, and a potty log with reminders. You keep access to the version you bought for as long as we run the service. Add-ons bought at checkout (for example, "Poop on the Potty" or the "Daycare & Travel Pack") are added to the same app.

2. Not medical advice

Juumy is general information and a planning tool for a normal stage of child development. It is not medical, psychological or therapeutic advice, and it does not diagnose or treat anything. If your child has pain, hard or painful stools, blood, signs of infection or a medical condition, or if something feels off, stop and talk to your pediatrician. Always follow your pediatrician over anything in the app. Results vary, and we don't promise that your child will be trained by any date.

3. Your license

We give you a personal, non-transferable license to use Juumy for your own family. Please don't resell it, share your account or password outside your household, or copy the content into other products. Printing scripts for your partner, family or daycare is fine.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by our checkout provider, Stripe. Prices are in US dollars. The Juumy Potty Plan and the add-ons are one-time purchases. We never see your full card number.

5. Juumy Toddler Club (optional subscription)

The Toddler Club is offered separately after checkout and near the end of the plan. If you join:

• It costs $59 per year or $9.99 per month, as shown when you join, and it renews automatically at that price until you cancel.
• You can cancel anytime in the app (More → Manage subscription), or by emailing support@juumy.com. Cancelling stops future charges, and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
• For yearly plans, we email you a reminder before each renewal.
• If we ever change the price, we'll tell you before it applies, and you can cancel before the change.

6. Refunds

See our Refund Policy. In short: 30 days, just email us.

7. Acceptable use and changes

Don't misuse the service, try to break it, or use it to harm anyone. We may update the content to keep it accurate. If we change these terms in a meaningful way, we'll update the date above and, for subscribers, email you.

8. Liability

Juumy is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits consumer rights that can't be waived by law.
